Campaigns allow you to automate your sending of SMS messages to specific contacts at specific times with specific messaging. For example you may wish to set up a “new contact” campaign where any new contact added to the system is auto sent an sms from you.
You may then wish to continue to send them an sms periodically such as each day for the next week for example, or however many messages you wish to send over whatever specific period of time.
If during that time the contact becomes a customer they would auto come out of the new contact campaign and you could choose to have the system add them to a “new customer” campaign for example.
How do I get contacts into Qwaxy?
There are three ways you can get your contacts into Qwaxy;
One click bulk upload via a CSV (Excel) spreadsheet. We provide the template for you and you simply just click to upload any number of contacts.
Add a single contact by just clicking add contact in the system.
Contacts can add themselves via SMS/Link.
How do Keywords work?
Keywords are also ‘pay as you go” and allow customers or potential customers to SMS your keyword to your number and get an auto response or a link that you have assigned to that certain keyword. You can choose any keyword that you like and set up as many keywords on your Qwaxy account as you like.
